Our Mission: Impacting the Kingdom of God one person at a time

Newsletter May

As Memorial Day approaches, we are reminded of the sacrifices made by countless men and women who have given their lives in service to our country.
This day is a time to reflect on their courage, their selflessness, and their dedication to protecting the freedoms that we hold dear.
In the Bible, we are taught to honor and remember those who have fought for justice and righteousness.
In Joshua 4:6-7, God commanded the Israelites to set up stones as a memorial of their miraculous crossing of the Jordan River, so that future generations would remember and give thanks for God’s faithfulness.
Likewise, we are called to remember the sacrifices of our fallen soldiers, to honor their memory, and to give thanks for the freedoms they have secured for us.

Memorial Day is not just a day off from work or a time for backyard barbecues—it is a sacred opportunity to remember and honor those who have given everything for our country.
It is a time to pray for their families, to support our military veterans, and to reflect on the high cost of freedom.
As we gather with loved ones this Memorial Day, let us take a moment to pause and remember the brave men and women who have laid down their lives for our sake.
Let us thank God for their service, their sacrifice, and their dedication to protecting our nation.
And let us commit ourselves to honoring their memory by living lives of gratitude, humility, and service.
May God bless the families of our fallen soldiers, may He comfort them in their grief, and may He strengthen us all to honor their memory with hearts full of gratitude and love.

John 15:13 – Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
